What is CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (No DAC) Pen?
The CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin pen combines two widely studied synthetic peptides in one pre-filled cartridge pen for laboratory research.
CJC-1295 without DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF 1-29) is a 29-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH). The "No DAC" version has no Drug Affinity Complex, so it has a much shorter half-life in research models than CJC-1295 with DAC.
Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist. It's widely used in research for its receptor selectivity compared with earlier growth hormone secretagogues such as GHRP-6 and GHRP-2.
Researchers study the two compounds together because they act on separate receptor pathways, GHRH-R and GHS-R1a. The pre-filled pen saves reconstituting and transferring from separate vials.
