Shipping & returns
How and when your order travels, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Confirmation means payment has been matched to your order reference.
UK delivery
Royal Mail 24h tracked, signed for. £4.95. You receive a tracking number by email at dispatch.
EU delivery
DPD tracked, typically 3–5 working days. £12.50. Import duties and clearance charges are payable by the recipient on delivery.
Packaging
Discreet outer packaging with no reference to the contents. Vials are individually wrapped and sent in a rigid box.
Why no cold packs
Sealed lyophilised peptides are stable at room temperature for far longer than a shipping journey. Refrigerate on arrival and store lyophilised vials at −20 °C for the long term.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the outer packaging and the affected vial and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace breakages at no cost.
Returns
Unshipped orders can be cancelled for a full refund. Opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days provided the seal and batch label are intact.
Customs
Parcels refused, returned or seized by customs cannot be refunded. Check your local rules before ordering from outside the UK.
